WITH GOD NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE

OVERVIEW
“For with God nothing will be impossible.”
I am delighted to remind you that we serve a God of limitless possibilities. He has never failed and will never fail.
Jesus also said in Luke 18:27, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” No matter what challenges you are facing, they are not beyond God’s ability to resolve. As our text reveals, only God’s involvement can transform impossibilities into possibilities in our lives.
When you walk in partnership with God, situations that once seemed impossible can be made possible. The only time things appear impossible is when God is absent from our efforts. That is why the Bible states, “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts” (Zechariah 4:6).
When we rely on God and not on human strength, all things become possible. In Luke 1:37, prior to declaring that nothing is impossible with God, we learn that the angel Gabriel was sent by God to deliver a message to the Virgin Mary. He told her that she would conceive and give birth to a son named Jesus. Mary, astonished, asked, “How can this be, since I have not known a man?” Though she recognized the challenge, she did not doubt the angel’s message. Gabriel explained, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you” (Luke 1:35).
In essence, Gabriel was telling Mary that the power of God would perform this miraculous conception. He then declared, “For with God nothing will be impossible.” This underscores that when God is involved, even the most insurmountable challenges can be overcome.
Throughout the Bible, we see many examples of God’s miraculous works, both in the Old Testament and through Jesus in the New Testament. One of the most remarkable miracles that confirms God’s limitless power is the virgin birth of Jesus and His resurrection. These events defy human understanding and remind us that with God, nothing is beyond reach. Mary’s conception involved no human intervention or artificial means—only the divine power of God. Reflect on that truth.
If there is any doubt about what God can accomplish, remember: “With God, nothing shall be impossible.” The only thing God cannot do is lie (Hebrews 6:18). The real obstacles are doubt and disbelief. To see God transform our impossible situations, we must:
Walk closely with Him and follow His ways.
Obey His commandments consistently. With God, there is no room for resignation to defeat or acceptance of ongoing suffering. We must never say, “I guess I’ll have to live with these challenges forever.” That is not God’s plan for you, because with Him, all things are possible.
Consider these three key points:
Impossibilities persist for those who neglect prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:14-21, 1 Thessalonians 5:17).
Impossibilities prevail for those who doubt God (James 1:5-7).
Impossibilities remain for those who do not obey God’s Word.
With this message, I pray that every impossibility in your life and your family’s life is overcome by the power of the cross. May every stubborn challenge be cast down and destroyed by the power of the Lord, cast down and demolished.
PRAYER POINTS
PRAYER: Lord, every barrier put in place by the enemy to prevent my needs from being met—roll it away permanently.
PRAYER: Lord, let me be identified with favor, and let favor always identify with me.
PRAYER: Your Word says that money answers all things; I command every barrier of financial insufficiency in my life and my family’s life to fall flat, in Jesus' name. I command the very foundation of my financial struggles to crumble, in Jesus' name.
PRAYER: Lord, for the rest of my life, may my blessings and rightful inheritance never be transferred to my enemies or anyone else.
